Or why I can't use Stardock's Blog Navigator

It would have been great if I could read JoeUser's blogs without opening my web browser. With the pop ups certain programs have been creating through my IE, I find it quite annoying when I log into JoeUser and once in a while a window suddenly comes out unprovoked.
That's why the Blog Navigator was a good idea. Except that when I downloaded it and tried to install it, it simply refused to get into my Windows 98! What is this snobbery! So instead of the Blog Navigator, I downloaded the Active Web Reader. It doesn't look as good as StarDock's product, but it doesn't snob my preferred OS.
And it is free.

Yea, the problem is that WIndows 98 is used by so few active users these days - particularly ones who buy software (not saying you don't, just statistically speaking here) that it doesn't make sense to support WIn98.
